“A great course! Adam keeps the classes small and he gives each student attention and support. Lots of opportunity to work on your teaching style and find confidence under Adam’s watchful guidance. Feedback is helpful. Stimulating discussion, hands-on sessions, and hard work mixed with fun! Adam gives his all and expects students to do the same. If you are committed to learning how to teach yoga consider taking this course.”

These Yoga workshops is designed to bring the art of body and mind strengthening with yoga postures and power yoga movements, which are based on Hatha and Ashtanga yoga. Great emphasis will be placed on achieving proper yoga positions and posture correction.
Participants will learn the yoga primary series and the way for instructors to connect postures and to step through barriers with clients.
The art of Communication structuring will include points taken from instruction cues in classes. This will help students to build connections to make the clients feel at ease and maintain leadership in class.
