Review / Studio

“Enjoy your body. Use it every way you can. Don’t be afraid of it or of what other people think of it. It’s the greatest instrument you’ll ever own.”

How To Find A Yoga Teacher / Studio by Adam Quang (click here for more)

The comment is a point of view of the reviewer based upon their own experience. You can take the review as it is – good or bad. It is up to each individual or those who own the studio itself to use their critical thinking and decide what to do with this information.

We do not have any animosity toward any particular class or studio. These reviews are done by my students who have great knowledge in yoga practice and postures. As a platform for these Yoga Teacher Trainees, they practice their analytical and critical thinking by visiting and performing reviews on studios and classes that they attend. As yoga teachers themselves they will need to make decisions on working for studios or establishing their own studios based upon many, many factors that go into the total yoga experience for a participant. For this reason, they are being quite precise in their analysis and at times will also have in mind a particular group that they intend to cater to (i.e. children, the elderly, those that are infirm, etc.)

As part of our community service our intention is always to help promote yoga. These reviews are done by Adam, His students or anonymously as part of our community service to help promote yoga. It also serves as a platform for our Yoga Teacher Trainees to practice their analytical and critical thinking.

If you would like to see a specific studio review, send us an email with info on the studio and we will endeavour to oblige your request.
