Hello everyone. Hope you are having a wonderful summer!
(click on blue highlight for link)
My World Karma Project is in full swing and we have some international events in Vietnam, Brazil and here in Canada. We are promoting “Do better, Feel better, Be better” with the aim of creating and promoting generosity and kindness. We are creating a better community world, one person at a time.
I have been meeting such interesting and luminary people through my work and connections. One of them is the amazing Tao, who will be co-hosting my Adventure Yoga Retreat at the 7 Wonders of Nature in November. “At 94 years young, she is the embodiment of many profound Yoga principles. She exemplifies the positive “can-do spirit” that can accomplish anything.
World Karma Project is about:
Do better for yourself through self acceptance, love and helping to build a better community.
FEEL better about yourself as a result of your actions.
BE better with yourself and your environment.
This story may uplift you and enhance your feelings of humanity in the world:
Toronto man has created a fundraising campaign for a stranger – a bullied grandma on an upstate New York bus, who is now stunned by acts of kindness and generosity, totaling $600,000 plus.

All double occupancy booked with full payment, from July 17th to August 17th, will be entered into a draw for a chance to win $4500.

Karma project in the News: Iceland Penny “Old Trail, New Friends”
“The scene is Halong Bay, Vietnam, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and also the location of the next 2012 Adventure Yoga Retreat, which Adam will co-lead on this Bay on a dragon boat. I am not Buddhist, I do not practise yoga, and I will not attempt to describe either the World Karma Project or the Retreat — Adam’s website does all that very well. I’ll quote only this, the objective of the Project: ‘create & promote random acts of kindness, building kind & compassionate communities, 1 person at a time.'” link to Iceland Penny blog
FREE YOGA: Create & promote inclusiveness, tolerance and open-mindedness.
Come on out to Riverdale park, every Wednesday 6-7pm.
It’s a small group and you get to experience lot of my hands-on adjustments because of that! Would love to see you all soon!
